RETURNS and EXCHANGES

In an effort to best serve customers, and to keep costs, thus prices, down, Starfish Farms implements the following exchange and returns policy:
  • All customized items with rivet attachment (primarily bracelets, dog collars, nylon halters, leads, key fobs and foal and mini leather halters) may not be exchanged or returned. Please read item description thoroughly prior to ordering for sizing information. Other customized items, including license plate frames and stall signs, may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Leather halters with name plates may be exchanged with $5 fee to switch over original name plate. Leather halters may also be returned, for site credit, with 15% restocking charge.
  • Starfish Farms is not responsible for any engraving error due to customer order error. In the case of an engraving error on Starfish Farm's part - item will be replaced at no cost, as originally ordered.
  • Any defective item may be returned for equal exchange only. Starfish Farms will refund return shipping cost up to the amount of original shipping cost, and will ship replacement at no cost to customer.

PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. funds. Starfish Farms accepts credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express), Paypal, personal check (U.S. bank) or money order. Just shop, checkout, and choose your payment method. You'll be prompted with payment instructions for each method.

SHIPPING

Personalized items ship in 10 business days, unless you selected Rush Service.
